Carolyn Williams Principal
With over 30 years service to the legal community, Carolyn, Principal at Lember and Williams, has practiced in the Moreton Bay region since the early 1990’s. With broad experience in Commercial, Property and Litigation, and acting for large and small businesses, she brings a proactive client focused approach to legal solutions.
Carolyn also has a particular interest in Succession Planning, Wills and administration of Deceased Estates, providing effective Estate Planning advice to ensure her clients’ assets are properly protected and appropriately distributed following death.
Carolyn has been a board member and chairman of a leading private school, is an inaugural member of Sunshine Coast University Law Advisory Committee, and is actively involved on committees in the local community.
Miriam Barber Solicitor
Miriam Barber is an experienced Family Law Practitioner practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law. She undertakes complex family law matters, including children and parenting matters and property settlement. Her previous experience in Commercial and Property Law enables her to take a pragmatic and practical commercial approach to Family Law property matters.
Miriam is passionate about providing quality practical advice and assistance to clients with a focus on resolving matters prior to commencing litigation. Her calm and supportive approach to practicing law is particularly valued by clients in matters involving children, domestic violence and child protection services. Always keen to assist others, Miriam also volunteers her time at the Pine Rivers Community Legal Clinic.
Larissa Ezzy, Solicitor
Larissa is a Senior Solicitor, practicing exclusively in the Family Law area. Larissa is experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as conducting property and parenting matters in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. She is reliable, trustworthy and strives to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
Helen Jerrard, Graduate Lawyer
Helen Jerrard, Graduate Law Clerk, has been with LAW for three years, and completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Queensland in early 2017. Helen has a keen interest in Commercial and Property Law and Wills & Estate, assisting our Legal Practitioners, and is looking forward to being admitted as a Solicitor in 2018.
